PGRD, LL.B 27 Years of experience in Social Development field in rural areas of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. Has facilitated a number of training programs, workshops, community mobilization activities, Local governance, gender issues, programme strategy development, programme implementation and in monitoring and evaluation of programmes, including case studies, field research and documentation. Facilitated State Water & Sanitation Mission/ Committee PMU & CCDU cell, district water sanitation committee and PHED to scale up Nirmal Bharat Abhiyan and Water Security & Surveillance programme in the state by strengthening DWSC and their NGO & CBO partners.

> Liaison with state, district administration and line departments in respective districts for scaling up Sanitation and water programme in rural area.
> Support State Water and Sanitation Mission/ Committee by preparing annual action plans, revised project proposals based on GOI's latest guidelines/state policy.
> Facilitating to PMU to develop ODF-NGP road map and implementing strategy and strengthen monitoring and reporting system.
> Training and capacity building needs assessment –
o Facilitate State Water and Sanitation Mission (BSWSM) and Communication and Capacity Development Unit (CCDU) in training need assessment, developing required technical/training manuals and IEC materials for sanitation and water surveillance programme
o Facilitate in organising state and district level workshop, training programme.

B.Com: Working in the development sector for past 11 years. Worked in Madhya Pradesh and Chattishgarh in several tribal and non tribal districts to provide support to Government departments funded by Child Environment - UNICEF, DFID, GoMP and GoCG. Expertise team building and provide support to team for community initiative planning, and management in sanitation program through PRA/ PLA exercise, help develop training modules and calendars for PRIs, health workers (Mitanin – ASHA) and NGO partners.

PGDM, B.A (BHU) Working in development sector for last 12 years with PSU Foundation and ACE in several districts of Bengal, Chattishgarh & Bihar as team member of capacity building for community planning, initiative and management to PRIs, health workers and NGO partners field functionaries. Reporting and documentation of process and progress of the programme. Script writing for IEC pictorial & BCC of field work consultation with community initiatives.

6. Dr. Basanti Gorai
MSc., PhD in Zoology, is trained in the Montessori system of education. Her love for children and education continues to be a part of her life even after her retirement. Today, she continues to be in touch with training and development by educating children in and around her neighborhood. She has travelled around the world and uses her learning in different ways. She also great interest in sports and nature.

Prior to entering the field of educational administration in 1980, he worked in senior positions in various Central Government Institutions since 1973. From 1981 he was with XISS, Ranchi as a senior Faculty member in Rural Management area. In 1986 he joined Indian School of Mines as Deputy Registrar and continued till 2003 when he was appointed Registrar of NIPER,SAS Nagar (Mohali). In 2008 he moved to Bhopal as the founder Registrar of two prestigious National Institutes namely IISER and SPA till his retirement from active service in 2010. Thereafter he was reemployed as O S D(Administration) in Central University of Punjab before moving to IISER Kolkata as O S D (Academic Affairs) in 2011.
He has travelled widely in U K, Europe &South East Asian countries. He has been a life member of many professional institutions like Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration & Management (CCEAM), Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), Indian Association of University Administrators, Indian Society for Agricultural Marketing. He has also been a recipiant of Association of Commonwealth Universities Fellowship.

B. Sc Engineering, NIT (Then RIT) Jamshedpur: Over 47 years experience in civil engineering, water supply, water treatment, sewage management treatment, water harvesting and sanitation. Has been in-charge of Water supply & Town Administration SAIL, Bokaro Steel City for 10 years. Fellow Institution Of Engineers & Life Member, Indian Water Works, Bombay.

He is an expert in e-Governance, MIS Design, Microfinance, Livelihood, Education, Agriculture, Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Training and Research & Development.
